Previously referred to as a Homebuyers Report this type of survey is a more thorough and comprehensive report in comparison to the level 1 and covers a more in-depth inspection of the general condition of the property as well as identifying any defects and recommendations for repair. This type of survey is suitable for houses of mixed ages and will further assist buyers on deciding whether the property is acceptable to purchase and whether the property is being purchased at the right market value.
